The 2010 World Tour of The Antarctica Challenge: A Global Warning with filmmaker Mark Terry kicked off on the east coast of Canada in February, presenting the film to schools across the province of New Brunswick.

The tour will continue with screenings of the film and talks from its filmmaker in universities in Calgary, British Columbia, Oslo, Norway and Sao Paolo, Brazil.

The Antarctica Challenge: A Global Warning is the only film to report on International Polar Year findings directly from the field of study in Antarctica. And because of this uniqueness, it was the only film invited by the United Nations to screen to delegates and world leaders attending COP15, the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen last December.

Winner of eight international awards and Official Selection of more than a dozen film festivals around the world, this informative, entertaining and educational documentary is available for screenings along with its filmmaker, environmental filmmaker and polar explorer, Mark Terry.

Together, we can fight climate change, but first we must know all the facts. Education is the key. Bring the film to your students and help save the world.
